Orders

When you place an order you receive a reference number. The order is confirmed once we receive your payment or verify it with you.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Orders shipped to Virginia include Virginia sales tax, shown before you confirm. Prices may change without notice, but we honor the price of confirmed orders.

Minimum order

A minimum order of $25 in products is required. It covers the cost of preparing and shipping each order and keeps our prices fair.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item sells out after your purchase, we'll contact you to offer a swap or a refund for that item.

Shipping address

You're responsible for giving us a complete, correct address. If a package comes back because of a wrong or incomplete address, we ship it again once you give us the right one; the new shipping cost is yours, and we quote it first.

Returns

Because of the nature of our products (medicines, supplements and food) we don't accept returns. This protects the safety and quality of what we ship to every customer.

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of receiving it, with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. No refunds are made after 48 hours.
